For the time being, AdvanStaff has a few portals that require passwords. We are in the process of unifying all the systems so one sing-sing-on (SSO) can access all systems.
If you have forgotten the username or password to your account on Employee Portal (ESS), you can gain access to the system without having to call into support. Simply click on the "Forgot" links just below the login credentials window.
You will be walked through the reset process.
An email or text will be sent to information we have on file. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If you still don't receive the email, it is possible the information we have on file is incorrect. For security purposes, we are are not able to update any personal information without first validating your identity. We will need to speak with the employee in person to validate the account and update the preferred contact info. Please call our offices at 702-598-0000 to speak with a live support agent.
Delivery by text seems to be more reliable because the text cannot be trapped by spam.
You may also be able to talk to your worksite payroll or HR manager to have your personal information updated.
