Accessing year-end W-2 and 1099 tax forms? : Help Desk

You can re-print your tax forms by logging into the employee self-service portal (ESS).

To reprint your W-2 Tax form:

- Login to ESS (https://ess.advanstaff.com)

- click on "Taxes" -> "W-2"

You can also opt-in to electronic forms and bypass the mailing of paper forms in the future.

To update your W2 mailing address for future mailings:

- click on "Personal" -> "Address" -> W-2
