Each user can manage the recovery of their username and/or password, directly from the employee portal's log-in screen, by utilizing the self-help links "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" at the log-in page URL: https://avf.prismhr.com/avf/auth/#/login?lang=en

For security, the system will validate the information provided by the user against the information on the database and provide instructions to retrieve the information.
