The Zywave LMS, Learning Management System, allows Employees to access their completed courses to download their completed course, see below:


An employee can log into their employee dashboard via their employee self service portal (or at https://lms.zywave.com) where they can click the "Completed" tab to view their previously completed courses. 
They can select the three dots to the right of the completed assignment, then select Download certificate.


Additionally, your worksite administrator can print certificates for their team members.
